In mid January we launched a system to manage the National Adult Refugee Programme. Eleven different VECs will be using the system to manage the programme in their own counties. The software is made available to all users securely over the internet.
Instead of each office preparing returns at the end of each quarter or the end of the year, Salespulse have designed the system in a way that the National Co-ordinator and the Department can extract the information they need automatically.
Initial training for the first 50 users took place in Dublin and Brian Kelly of Salespulse says that the user feedback was very good.
